Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Obesity
• Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Participant must be at least 18 years of age
  2. On 1 of the following incretins with no dose adjustment for at least 90 days from screening
     • weekly injectable of semaglutide (0.5 mg or higher), or
     • tirzepatide (5 mg or higher)
  3. With persistent obesity or overweight
  4. Are relatively weight stable such that in the 90 days before screening (Visit 1) do not report more than a 5% weight change

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Have a prior or planned surgical treatment for obesity
  2. Have a prior or planned endoscopic procedure and/or device-based therapy for obesity
  3. 5. Have obesity induced by other endocrinologic disorders, for example, Cushing Syndrome, or are diagnosed with monogenetic or syndromic forms of obesity, for example, Melanocortin 4 Receptor deficiency or Prader-Willi Syndrome
  4. Have type 1 diabetes, latent autoimmune diabetes, or history of ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma, anytime prior to randomization
  5. Have acute or chronic hepatitis, including a history of autoimmune hepatitis, signs, or symptoms of any other liver disease other than nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
  6. . Have a family or personal history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2
  7. Have a history of significant active or unstable major depressive disorder or other severe psychiatric disorder, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other serious mood or anxiety disorder, within the last 2 years
  8. Have had a transplanted organ or awaiting an organ transplant
  9. Are pregnant, intending to breastfeed or intending to conceive
