ICONIC-UC: Phase 3 randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study in adults and open-label in adolescents to evaluate efficacy and safety of icotrokinra for induction and maintenance in moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a study medicine called icotrokinra and to find out if it is safe and helps people with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC). Overall, the Phase 3 UC program will evaluate icotrokinra treatment through at least 52 weeks of induction and maintenance therapy in adults and adolescents =12 years of age.
