Pioneering Research to Optimize Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Expansion with Lenacapavir (LEN)

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to gather information about how individuals decide if and when to use pre exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention over a 2-year period, and when they do, how consistently individuals stay on PrEP, like Lenacapavir (LEN). This study is observational, and will include participants who are on LEN, other PrEP formulations, and who choose not to use PrEP. Visits will occur at the NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue Pride Center.
