Phase 3 Randomized Trial Of Adding Vincristine-Topotecan-Cyclophosphamide To Standard Chemotherapy In Initial Treatment Of Non-Metastatic Ewing Sarcoma
Brief description of study
If you have been diagnosed with non-metastatic Ewing Sarcoma, you may qualify for a clinical trial studying the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy with or without the combination of Vincristine-Topotecan-Cyclophosphamide. Purpose The goal of the study is to test the effect of combination therapy using Topotecan in combination with standard chemotherapy drugs like vincristine and cyclophosphamide on event-free and overall survival in children and young adults with Ewing sarcoma.
