Health Related Quality of Life in Urban Children and Adolescents with Congenital Heart Disease

Brief description of study

This project studies how having congenital heart disease affects the everyday activities, quality of life and sense of wellbeing of children and their caregivers. Investigators will use this data to help physicians understand how routine daily activities are affected by different types of congenital heart disease before and/or after surgery. Participation in this study will include the completion of the two Quality of Life Questionnaires by the child and by a parent. Completion takes about 15 minutes and the questionnaires are available in multiple languages.
