Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Headache
• Age: Between 18 years - 80 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Meets migraine criteria based on the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD) criteria
  2. Migraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS) score >5.
  3. Meets Chronic PTH criteria based on International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD) criteria
  4. 3-12 months post-injury
  5. 4+ headache days a month

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Patients who have had Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Biofeedback, or other Relaxation Therapy in the past year
  2. Cognitive deficit or other physical problem with the potential to interfere with behavioral therapy
  3. Alcohol or other substance abuse as determined by self-report or prior documentation in the medical record
  4. Opioid or barbiturate use 10+ days a month
  5. PHQ9 score indicating severe depression
  6. Unable or unwilling to follow a treatment program that relies on written and audio file materials
  7. Not having a smartphone
