You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 120 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. New diagnosis of acute neurologic injury
2. Consent to participate in a follow-up phone interview at 3 months and 12 months (only applicable for prospective patients)

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Patient unable to consent and no surrogate available will preclude prospective enrollment of patients.
