You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Hirschsprung Disease
Age: Between 0 Year(s) - 125 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Individuals without Hirschsprung disease who are first, second or third-degree biological relatives of someone with Hirschsprung disease (any segment length of disease, with or without other congenital anomalies or health problems, single or multiple affected individuals in family)

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Unable or unwilling to provide a blood or saliva sample for genetic studies.
2. Unable to comprehend and provide informed consent either on your own or via a surrogate (e.g. parent, guardian, healthcare proxy).
