The Effect of Distractive Auditory Stimuli (Music) on Dyspnea and Anxiety during Exercise in Adults with Chronic Respiratory Disease

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Copd And Restrictive Lung Disease

Age: Between 40 - 90 Years

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Fluent in English
- Aged 40 years or older, with physician-diagnosed COPD or restrictive lung disease (RLD)
- Medically cleared to participate in a pulmonary rehabilitation program.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Inability to exercise due to musculoskeletal or neurological dysfunction
- Inability to walk independently (unaided)
- Deafness or severe hearing impairment requiring hearing aids,
- A mMRC score = 0 (“I only get breathlessness with strenuous exercise”).
