Neurobiology of Sensory Phenomena in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to investigate brain functioning in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), their siblings, and healthy individuals who do not have a family history of OCD. In particular, we are interested in how sensory symptoms in patients with OCD are reflected in patterns of brain activity and whether siblings show similarities or differences with patients with the disorder. This study is looking to enroll patients with OCD, a sibling of a patient with OCD, or an individual without a disorder and with no family history of OCD or related disorders.
