You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Nephrotic Syndrome
• Age: Between 6 years - 90 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  Proteinuria (UPC =2 g/g) eGFR > 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 at time of enrollment Age= 6 years of age Treatment response history consistent with difficult to treat disease, e.g., one or more of the following: treatment resistance to at least one therapy or history of recurrent (>1) acute kidney injury or other serious complication of the nephrotic syndrome Informed Consent, and Assent where appropriate and according to local IRB policies

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• Malignancy Diabetes Mellitus System Lupus Erythematosus or other vasculitis history Serious infection, e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B Severe cardiovascular disease, including history of myocardial infarction or heart failure; severe chronic lung disease, e.g., COPD, or other severe co-existing chronic condition Pregnant, lactating, or plans to become pregnant within 12 months
