THE NEW YORK MOVEMENT DISORDER (NYMD) STUDY

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to advance our understanding of the changes that cause brain disorders, such as movement disorders. Currently, treatment strategies to address movement disorders are largely aimed at symptoms, but not the underlying cause of the disease. The goal of this study is to increase our knowledge of what causes these diseases and use this information to help find ways to diagnose and treat them. This study is looking to enroll subjects who have been diagnosed with a nervous system disorder.
