You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects should be at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Subjects will provide written consent for participation in the IBD Registry.
3. Subjects will provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which includes the following types of personal information at a minimum: full name, date of birth, sex, and home address zip code.
4. Subjects are diagnosed with Crohn’s disease or Ulcerative colitis or Indeterminate colitis

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Subjects who are participating in or planning to participate in a clinical trial with a non-marketed or marketed investigational drug.
