Calibration of Sensor Strip ERG Electrodes
Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to compare different ways of measuring the ERG response. The ERG is a measure of electricity made by the eye in response to light. It is usually taken using contact lens electrodes. Recently, a new type of sticky skin electrode has been used which is placed on the lower eyelid rather than in contact with the eyeball, which is more comfortable. However, the lack of direct contact with the eye may lower the effectiveness. This study will compare the results using contact lens and sticky skin electrodes in order to measure the difference.
