Brief description of study

The study will be concentrating on the correlation between PROMIS PFUE CAT ,a recently created NIH funded patient reported outcome score, compared to more traditional patient reported outcome scores like ASES and Constant Murley Shoulder Score in its ability to assess disability in patients with shoulder pathologies/injuries of the shoulder including - adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, and humeral fractures
