Effect of A2AR Agonists on Osteogenic Potential of Stem Cells

Brief description of study

This study will be a prospective experimental study consisting of biospecimen collection (discarded tissue after standard of care plastic surgery procedures). Stem and differentiated cells will be extracted, derived from discarded skin, fat, cartilage, and bone for research purposes. We will culture these cell lines, expose them to dipyridamole, and then assess the osteogenic effects of dipyridamole on these cells lines
