Phenotypic and genotypic study of Keratoconus

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Keratoconus And Anterior Eye Diseases
Age: Between 2 Year(s) - 90 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects with suspect, mild, moderate, or severe non-syndromic keratoconus status
2. Subjects younger than 18 years old and older
3. Subjects who are the unaffected adult first-degree relatives of proband
4. Unaffected children who are first-degree relatives of affected probands

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Subjects unable or unwilling to provide blood/saliva sample for genetic studies
2. Subjects unable to comprehend and provide informed consent.
3. Subjects with other syndromic keratoconus
