You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Sinonasal
• Age: Between 18 years - 99 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Subjects willing to complete all study specific procedures and visits and complete the consent form
  2. Subjects diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with or without nasal polyposis or allergic fungal rhinosinusitis
  3. Subjects who are at least 18 years old
  4. Subjects will are potential candidates for Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS)

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Subjects with sinonasal tumors
  2. Subjects who have allergy to penicillin
  3. Subjects with history of intra-abdominal abscess or diverticulitis or have history of infectious (bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic, etc.) colitis
  4. Subjects who have adverse reactions to amoxicillin-clavulanate or penicillin
  5. Subjects who have immunodeficiency
  6. Subjects who have cystic fibrosis
  7. Subjects who are pregnant or lactating
  8. Subjects with diabetes with nasal polyposis
  9. Subjects undergoing active treatment for malignancy
  10. Subjects with previous treatment with investigational agents
  11. Subjects who lack the capacity to consent
  12. Subjects undergoing unilateral ESS or with nonabsorbable packing placed at the time of surgery
  13. Subjects who are on antibiotics
  14. Subjects with acute on chronic sinusitis or the presence of purulence at time of surgery
