Interactions of Sex Trafficking Victims with the Healthcare System
Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to estimate the number of sex trafficking victims who get medical care while being trafficked and if they were identified as victims in the medical setting. This study will be looking at how many victims of sex trafficking who now seek care at the EMPOWER clinic saw a doctor or other medical person while trafficked and whether they were identified as victims during those medical encounters. The study will require you to complete a questionnaire over the telephone.
