You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Cardiovascular Disease
  Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
• Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Subjects who are diagnosed of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus using the ACR or SLICC criteria
  2. Subjects who are at least 18 years old
  3. Subjects who are been previously enrolled in the SAMPLE study
  4. Subjects able and willing to provide informed consent

  Inclusion Criteria (Healthy Control)

  1. Subjects who are at least 18 years old
  2. Subjects who are been previously enrolled in the SAMPLE study
  3. Subjects able and willing to provide informed consent

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• Exclusion Criteria (SLE)

  1. Subjects who use of any anticoagulant
  2. Subjects who use thrombocytopenia (platelet count<100) or thrombocytosis (platelet count>500
  3. Subjects who have anemia
  4. Subjects with any known hemorrhagic diathesis
  5. Subjects who are pregnant

  Exclusion Criteria (Healthy Control)

  1. Subjects who use of any anticoagulant
  2. Subjects who use thrombocytopenia (platelet count<100) or thrombocytosis (platelet count>500
  3. Subjects who have anemia
  4. Subjects with any known hemorrhagic diathesis
  5. Subjects who are pregnant
  6. Subjects who have a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus
