ECO-RESET: A Phase 2B Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Multiple Dose Multicenter Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of SER-287 in Adults with Active Mild-to-Moderate Ulcerative Colitis

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research is to study SER-287 an investigational drug, developed as a potential treatment for Ulcerative Colitis (UC). The study will look at the safety and efficacy (both good and bad) of SER-287. The general study procedures involve up to 11 study visits to the clinic, three of these will involve endoscopy assessment. Blood, urine and stool collections will also be asked at some study visits. There will be phone calls from the study team to check on your health.
