Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Sle
• Age: Between 18 years - 70 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  SLE Inclusion criteria:

  1. Subjects who are willing and able to participate in study procedures
  2. Subjects must have given their written informed consent or assent to participate in the study after having received adequate previous information and prior to any study-specific procedures.
  3. Subjects are between 4 amd 70 years of age
  4. Subjects have not received B cell depleting biologics within the past year
  5. Subjects who meet 4 or more of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria for lupus classification

  Probable SLE or Other Rheumatic Disease Inclusion criteria:

  1. Subjects who are willing and able to participate in study procedures
  2. Subjects must have given their written informed consent or assent to participate in the study after having received adequate previous information and prior to any study-specific procedures.
  3. Subjects are between 4 amd 70 years of age
  4. Subjects have not received B cell depleting biologics within the past year
  5. Subjects who meets at least 1 but less than 4 of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria for lupus classification

  Healthy control Inclusion criteria:

  1. Subjects who are willing and able to participate in study procedures
  2. Subjects must have given their written informed consent or assent to participate in the study after having received adequate previous information and prior to any study-specific procedures.
  3. Subjects are between 4 amd 70 years of age
  4. Subjects has not been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease or with having cancer

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• SLE Exclusion criteria:

  1. Subjects who have chronic infectious diseases, cancer, on chemotherapy
  2. Subjects with drug-induced lupus
  3. Subjects are on intravenous steroids
  4. Subjects diagnosed or treated for any malignancy in the past 3 years
  5. Subjects are pregnant

  Healthy control Exclusion criteria:

  1. Subjects who have chronic infectious diseases, cancer, on chemotherapy
  2. Subjects diagnosed or treated for any malignancy in the past 3 years
  3. Subjects are pregnant
